THE WATER & ENERGY CRISIS

“TO OBTAIN WATER REQUIRES ENERGY AND TO PRODUCE ENERGY REQUIRES WATER”

Water and Energy resources are “tightly interlinked and highly interdependent.”

“THE VIROGROUP ENVIRONMENTAL BUSINESS COMPRISES OF 2 CORE DISCIPLINES”

VIROFUEL/ENFUEL

We are in the business of producing green and sustainable high calorific value alternative fuel ( as a replacement towards fossilized fuel such as coal ) by uncovering and harnessing energy from waste.

VIROFLUX

Wastewater and sludge treatment plants represent a portion of the broader nexus between energy and water. Collecting, treating and discharging municipal wastewater and sludge to acceptable standards require energy, mostly electricity but also in other forms such as natural gas and solid fuels. Energy recovery at wastewater treatment plants represent an important policy lever for sustainability.
